Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.

Electronic Withdrawal

You can also declare your withdrawal directly online using the button "WITHDRAW FROM CONTRACT" at the top of this page.

This button will take you to our customer account area. There you can select the relevant order and submit and confirm your withdrawal electronically.

After successful submission, you will immediately receive electronic confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send your declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen-day withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.

You must return the goods to us within fourteen days from the date of withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Individual Custom Orders

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are manufactured specifically according to individual customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

This may particularly apply to CoverCult Custom Design Plates made individually according to customer specifications.

This exclusion does not automatically apply to our regular, pre-made design plates and standard products.
