Terms and Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between CoverCult UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Mühlenstraße 8, 12247 Berlin, represented by the managing director Jeremie Kulumbu (hereinafter "Seller") and customers (hereinafter "Buyer") via the online shop. Deviating conditions of the Buyer are not recognized.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking "Buy now", the Buyer submits a binding order. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation by email or through delivery of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment Terms

All stated prices are final prices in Euro (€) including statutory VAT. The following payment methods are available: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is due immediately.

§ 4 Delivery and Shipping

We deliver to Germany, the EU, and other countries. Delivery times and shipping costs per zone are shown during the ordering process and on the Shipping & Delivery page.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in the Cancellation Policy.

§ 6 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from the delivery of the goods.

§ 7 Limitation of Liability

The Seller is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health. In the event of slightly negligent breaches of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

§ 8 Dispute Resolution

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Status: August 2026.
