We ship to Germany, the EU, and other international destinations.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: €4.99 — free for orders over €29.00
• EU (European Union): €13.99
• Other Countries (International): €19.99

The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you definitively during the ordering process before completing your order.

Delivery Time

3–7 business days after receipt of payment within Germany. International deliveries may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email once your package is on its way.

Delivery Address

Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. Please ensure that the address is entered correctly and completely.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without stating any reasons.

Exception: Personalized design plates (custom-made plates) are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they were manufactured according to personal specifications.
